Olimpia is a corporate project developed for the Olimpia brand on floors 44, 46, and 47 of Torre Colpatria in Bogotá, conceived as a contemporary work environment that promotes collaboration, well-being, and corporate identity. The overall concept is based on the idea of a “flexible hub,” where gathering spaces, individual work, and collaboration converge in a dynamic, bright environment connected to the city. The goal was to translate the company’s values of innovation, closeness, and growth into an interior architecture that combines functionality, warmth, and a modern, recognizable image.

The architectural layout strategy was based on organizing the spaces around the central core, freeing the façades for open work areas, collaborative zones, and social spaces with privileged views. The program includes workstations, meeting rooms, training spaces, break areas, and a café, connected by clear circulation paths that encourage interaction. The color palette combines neutral tones such as gray, white, and black with green and blue accents linked to the brand identity, complemented by wood finishes, warm textiles, and natural vegetation. This selection of materials and colors reinforces the concept by balancing a sober corporate language with elements that bring comfort, freshness, and closeness, creating a professional yet welcoming environment.

As a key finding, the project demonstrated that incorporating hybrid and social spaces into corporate offices strengthens organizational culture and a sense of belonging. Olimpia thus establishes itself as a benchmark for contemporary workspaces, where architecture, interior design, and user experience are coherently integrated.
