Platzi is a space where ideas are constantly in motion: they are born, transformed, connected, and given room to grow. From this premise emerges Noema, a Network of Ideas that understands the workplace as a continuous experience. The project, developed across 533 m² with a capacity for 94 people, seeks to translate Platzi’s culture into a dynamic, welcoming, and stimulating architecture where learning, creating, and connecting are part of the same experience. Millwork becomes a series of elements that organize, store, and articulate the space, while finishes create different atmospheres without losing unity. The result demonstrates that a constraint can become an opportunity: doing more with less, as long as every decision has a purpose.
La propuesta se estructura en tres capítulos —Apertura, Creación y Encuentro— que funcionan como criterio para distribuir y nombrar las diferentes zonas. El programa articula espacios de bienvenida, trabajo, reunión, biblioteca, cafetería y apoyo, conectados mediante un recorrido que genera diferentes atmósferas y formas de interacción. Esta narrativa se refuerza a través de una paleta de materiales, colores y texturas que combina verdes, tonos neutros y acentos cálidos, junto con elementos gráficos y carpinterías a medida. Cada decisión busca no solo resolver una necesidad funcional, sino construir identidad y reforzar el lenguaje de Platzi. Las carpinterías, además de organizar y almacenar, se convierten en elementos protagonistas que articulan los espacios y generan puntos de encuentro. La materialidad permite diferenciar cada capítulo sin perder la unidad del conjunto, haciendo que el concepto trascienda lo gráfico y se convierta en una experiencia espacial.
The main challenge was to achieve a proposal with a strong spatial impact within a limited budget. The strategy was to concentrate resources on elements capable of transforming the experience: furniture, color, materiality, and gathering points.
