We carried out the construction of Mercado Libre’s offices at Conecta 80, a project designed by Interior Uno and managed by JLL, delivered within a highly demanding four-and-a-half-month timeframe.
The project involved significant technical challenges, including the comprehensive redesign of the HVAC system, coordination between architectural design and technical networks, and the creation of seven floor openings to accommodate three staircases. Additionally, we developed construction solutions for specialized elements and managed design approvals and mockups alongside the construction process.
The project also included consulting services for LEED certification for interiors, developed internally by AEI based on the architectural design and incorporating the required sustainability criteria.
Through technical coordination, timely procurement management, and adaptation to the building’s logistical constraints, we successfully delivered this highly complex project within an exceptional timeframe.
